The Pent Summerhouse features a tongue and groove floor and roof. A material perfect for withstanding daily use due to its hard-wearing capabilities. High-grade mineral felt and robust fixtures and fittings are supplied with this summerhouse as standard. Our detailed instructions and Manufacturer’s Recommendations are also included. To ensure your build is simple and stress-free.

The 14ft x 8ft Pent Summerhouse also benefits from a 10 year Anti-rot Guarantee. You will just need to make sure to treat your garden building annually with a high-quality wood preservative and a waterproof topcoat. Then your guarantee will be good to go!

Where we deliver:

We deliver to most UK Postcodes with the exception of: 

• England: Unavailable to DT6-8 EX PL SY TA TQ TR postcodes
• Scotland:  Unavailable to Scottish Postcodes (including Scottish islands)
• Wales: Only available to CH HR NP postcode
• Off-shore islands

Delivery days:

Courier will call/email to agree a delivery day between Monday to Friday 7am-7pm. So as not to delay delivery customer should supply a valid daytime contact number at time of order.

How it arrives:

Delivery is Kerbside only and your property must be accessible to a 25ft lorry (similar size to a fire engine) and parking available within six metres (20ft).

Product is supplied flat packed complete with comprehensive instructions for self-assembly. Assembly is available as an optional extra.

Acceptance of delivery:

Customers must be available to check and sign for the delivery except when Direct Garden Buildings have received written confirmation the item can be left without a customer signature.
