A very popular playhouse for many years, this attractive child's playhouse continues to be a firm favourite with both children and adults. It benefits from a lovely design with plenty of glazing (shatterproof) and a pretty roof canopy meaning that it is not an eye sore in your garden! The perfect den for any child.

It is made from high grade, FSC approved, Northern European pine shiplap boards and the joinery made opening windows and half glazed door are all mortice and tennon jointed.

The playhouse is finished in a honey brown base coat treatment ready for painting or staining after installation. The painted model shown is for illustration only.

The Wendy house is clad in shiplap boards on a 34mm square framing with a T&G floor and OSB roof.

The Playhouse is sturdy and durable and comes with a 10 year anti rot guarantee for peace of mind. Please Note: The playhouses do not come pre painted but are pre-treated with water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction

Delivery days:

Courier will call/email to agree a delivery day between Monday to Friday 7am-7pm. So as not to delay delivery customer should supply a valid daytime contact number at time of order.

How it arrives:

Delivery is Kerbside only and your property must be accessible to a 25ft lorry (similar size to a fire engine) and parking available within six metres (20ft).

Product is supplied flat packed complete with comprehensive instructions for self-assembly. Assembly is available as an optional extra.

Acceptance of delivery:

Customers must be available to check and sign for the delivery except when Direct Garden Buildings have received written confirmation the item can be left without a customer signature.
