This impressive Playhouse with Platform and Slide is a great little place to play with that extra bit of added excitement from the raised platform and slide! Boys and girls will adore this raised den and it is sure to keep them happy for a long, long time. The playhouse is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN71 for the safety of your children. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the windows are glazed with Perspex. It is manufactured from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine shiplap boards on 34 mm square framing. The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating to your own choice immediately on installation.The Playhouse is sturdy and durable and comes with a 10 year anti rot guarantee for peace of mind.Please Note: The playhouses do not come pre painted but are pre-treated with water based timber treatment for protection during transit. Delivery days:

Courier will call/email to agree a delivery day between Monday to Friday 7am-7pm. So as not to delay delivery customer should supply a valid daytime contact number at time of order.

How it arrives:

Delivery is Kerbside only and your property must be accessible to a 25ft lorry (similar size to a fire engine) and parking available within six metres (20ft).

Product is supplied flat packed complete with comprehensive instructions for self-assembly. Assembly is available as an optional extra.

Acceptance of delivery:

Customers must be available to check and sign for the delivery except when Direct Garden Buildings have received written confirmation the item can be left without a customer signature.
