Encourage your little ones creative minds to create a world of make believe, Children will love this stunning Loft playhouse which has 2 floors to add to the excitement, the upper floor being reached by a small flight of steps.   This wonderful Playhouse offers a host of opportunities for adventurous fun and games! 

The four windows are safety glazed and the door has a full length piano hinge to avoid trapped fingers; the playhouse is CE approved.  It complies with European Safety Standard EN71 and the CE mark reassuringly offers your children a safe playing environment.  The building is made from high grade, FSC approved, Northern European pine shiplap boards.  The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for top coating by you immediately on installation, once you've agreed on a colour! 

The Loft is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, FSC  northern European pine. 

It is finished in a honey brown base coat treatment ready for you to paint or stain on installation. The painted model shown is for illustration only. 

The Playhouse is sturdy and durable and comes with a 10 year anti rot guarantee for peace of mind. 

Please Note: The playhouses do not come pre painted but are pre-treated with water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction

Where we deliver:

We offer free delivery to most Mainland UK postcodes excluding Scottish Highlands and all Offshore Islands.

Delivery days:

Courier will call/email to agree a delivery day between Monday to Friday 7am-7pm. So as not to delay delivery customer should supply a valid daytime contact number at time of order.

How it arrives:

Delivery is Kerbside only and your property must be accessible to a 25ft lorry (similar size to a fire engine) and parking available within six metres (20ft).

Product is supplied flat packed complete with comprehensive instructions for self-assembly. Assembly is available as an optional extra.

Acceptance of delivery:

Customers must be available to check and sign for the delivery except when Direct Garden Buildings have received written confirmation the item can be left without a customer signature.
