It is arrives with a dip treated basecoat ready for you to personalise with your own choice of colour for the top coat. It is supplied in a honey brown timber basecoat ready for your own choice of top coat on installation. The Playhut is made in the UK with high quality FSC approved timber. This playhouse complies and certified by the European Toy EN71 safety standard and carries the CE mark giving you added piece of mind. Safety has been taken into account with the windows made from 100% shatterproof styrene a safe alternative to glass.

The Playhouse is sturdy and durable and comes with a 10 year anti rot guarantee for peace of mind.

Please Note: The playhouses do not come pre painted but are pre-treated with water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality, spirit-based, timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction

Where we deliver:

We offer free delivery to most Mainland UK postcodes excluding Scottish Highlands and all Offshore Islands.

Delivery days:

Courier will call/email to agree a delivery day between Monday to Friday 7am-7pm. So as not to delay delivery customer should supply a valid daytime contact number at time of order.

How it arrives:

Delivery is Kerbside only and your property must be accessible to a 25ft lorry (similar size to a fire engine) and parking available within six metres (20ft).

Product is supplied flat packed complete with comprehensive instructions for self-assembly. Assembly is available as an optional extra.

Acceptance of delivery:

Customers must be available to check and sign for the delivery except when Direct Garden Buildings have received written confirmation the item can be left without a customer signature.
