Please Note: Our garden buildings are pre-treated with water based timber treatment for protection during transit. In order to receive the full 10 year anti-rot guarantee, it is necessary that you treat the garden building with a high quality timber preservative prior to or shortly after construction. This will protect the timber from weathering and will need to be repeated accordingly in relation to manufacturer's instructions.

Where we deliver:

We deliver to most UK Postcodes with the exception of: 

• England: Unavailable to DT6-8 EX PL SY TA TQ TR postcodes
• Scotland:  Unavailable to Scottish Postcodes (including Scottish islands)
• Wales: Only available to CH HR NP postcode
• Off-shore islands

Delivery days:

Courier will call/email to agree a delivery day between Monday to Friday 7am-7pm. So as not to delay delivery customer should supply a valid daytime contact number at time of order.

How it arrives:

Delivery is Kerbside only and your property must be accessible to a 25ft lorry (similar size to a fire engine) and parking available within six metres (20ft).

Product is supplied flat packed complete with comprehensive instructions for self-assembly. Assembly is available as an optional extra.

Acceptance of delivery:

Customers must be available to check and sign for the delivery except when Direct Garden Buildings have received written confirmation the item can be left without a customer signature.
